The restaurant, which is set in the Grade II-listed North Western Hall next to Lime Street Station, is a modern, BBQ-style eatery specialising in organic seasonal dishes and small plates, with plenty of options for vegetarians.

Executive chef Paul Whitfield has been working with local suppliers, his team will offer diners a menu that includes an 800g 38-day dry aged and grassfed ribeye; BBQ monkfish with Miso curry and pickled apple and pear; and crispy potato gnocchi with black truffle and wild mushrooms.
The restaurant will champion local food and drink including beer from Love Lane brewery, fresh fish from Fleetwood and Lancashire and Cheshire cheese.
